You currently have XP as your operating system.  How do you upgrade from XP to Windows 7?  Unfortunately you cannot do a direct upgrade as the operating systems are different.   You will need to make a backup of your data, and start with a clean install of Windows 7.  Your company will need to back up all data on desktop systems prior to deployment.
